This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders will be shipped and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing high order volume, dispatch may be delayed by 1–2 additional days.

You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Partners

We deliver orders through trusted courier partners, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Bluedart

  • Xpressbees

  • Ecom Express

  • DTDC

  • Shadowfax

Your courier may vary based on your pincode and order weight.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Difficult Locations: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery time may vary depending on courier workload, weather, or unforeseen delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

You can track the order using the courier’s tracking page.

If tracking is not updated for 48–72 hours, please reach out to us.


6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

HomeSnap is not responsible for orders that are:

  • Undeliverable due to incorrect address

  • Not accepted at delivery

  • Not picked up from the courier office

If the order returns to us due to customer error, reshipping charges will apply.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos/video of the package and product

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  3. Send details to store.homesnap@gmail.com

We will assist with replacement or resolution based on courier investigation.

For lost shipments, we will initiate a case with the courier and update you accordingly.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for selected pincodes.

  • COD orders may require phone or WhatsApp verification.

  • Repeated COD order cancellations may result in COD restriction for the customer.


9. International Shipping

Currently, HomeSnap ships only within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
