1. No Returns Accepted
At HomeSnap, we do not accept returns for any products once the order is delivered.
Please make sure to review product details, specifications, and images carefully before making a purchase.
2. Exchanges (Only for Damaged or Wrong Product)
Although we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges only in the following situations:

You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)

You received a missing item in the package
Conditions for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Share clear photos/videos of:

The damage or issue

Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
If the above conditions are not met, the exchange request may be rejected.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchange requests for:

Wrong size or color selection by the customer

Products damaged due to customer handling

Delay in delivery caused by courier or weather

4. Defective or Damaged Product Process
If your item is damaged or incorrect:

Our support team will verify and approve your request

A replacement will be shipped once approved
5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
